Pods is not having a very good game today overall. He has a chance to make up for it this inning.

It was a nice throw..

Right on the f***ing money.

Are you watching the game stoned or something? That was a flat-out awful throw.

This blows.

to say the least :(

My aunts and I were just talking about that.

I am so sick of the manufactured controversy with this broadcast tandem.

Are you saying I think like a girl?

Don't worry. The Sox will win it in the 9th

we shoulda won; awful throw; can we still win? please say it is so!

I even thought the Astros were going to hold the runner at 3rd.

exactly. WTF were they thinking? pods wanted to make sure he fielded the ball and then burke took off like a jackrabbit on discovery channel. that little f**geto.

It was accurate. Just not alot of strength.

If it was thrown harder, but inaccurate, the same thing would have happened.

Unless we can figure out Lidge - which will not be easy - our bullpen better have a few innings in them. El Duque should start warming up now. This is what all that rest was for.

agreed on el duque

UP THE FIRST BASE LINE is not accurate.

Bottom line, a majority of outfielders in baseball throw the runner out in that situation.

Since it wasnt up the first base line.. I dont know what you are talking about.

the pregame throats were right.

They said Bobby wouldn't have it two nights in a row.

That sucks. We go up 2-0 the Series is guaranteed to come back to Chicago.

Now we need MORE heroics.

Hope we got it in us.

GO SOX

I still want to know why Rowand was seemingly playing Bagwell on the warning track?

I still don't understand why Jenks didn't try and throw any curves? Unless he didn't have feel for it

An accurate throw in that situation isn't towards the first base side. What are you talking about?

Yeah Duque never loses in big spots

I miss him so much

LOOK where AJ had to field the ball. He wouldn't have come so far out if it wasn't UP THE FIRST BASE LINE.

Try to draw a walk is the only thing I can think of.

Can you imagine the Cell when the Sox win with a walk off?? :cheers

Where he threw it would have been called generally a good throw.

With Pods arm he needed a perfect throw.

Lets see what f***ing podsednik can do now.
