A lot of times with numbered print runs, the press or the client (in this case, I'm referring to SI) will retain the lowest numbers. There is no real way to know.

It is 77 for the SI book, 91 for the CS bat, and 19 for the WS bat. I also got a picture with some comiskey park dirt - that's 115. My crystal ball is 99. The rest of the stuff is in the basement and I'm too lazy to go look. I didn't get my WS balls yet though. I imagine those are numbered also...?
