But it seems to me that common sense would indicate that the race get stopped ASAP after that first collision until it could have been cleaned up. What is it in NASCAR, a green checkered flag? Something like that should have been used, those motorcyclists had no idea what was around that corner and something even worse happened because of it. That was bigtime negligence.
