What do you do when you are really, really, pissed off? I just went for an hour walk and got back and the &^#^^%$#(&^% is still pissing me off.

I usually take a long walk also, if that doesn't help, I bottle it up til I get to the gym that night. I usually just keep to myself so I don't displace my anger.

I enjoy punching inanimate objects with a cigarette lighter in my hand of course to reduce the risk of busting my knuckles.

I workout. It always makes me feel better.

Yeah, punching and kicking s*** always used to work for me.

 

I also like heading to my basement, throwing the guitar on, and turning up REAL loud.

I keep all my anger inside, never really been the type to let it out..

 

Im sure that one day its going to be violent when I lose it, but for now, I just keep it in

I work out, write it out and sometimes tell my hamsters about it. The last one costs me treats though.

Sports or a good workout. Anything that transfers the stress energy from mind to body, and then expels it.

Sometimes I will go grab a pillow off my bed and just yell into it until I am out of breath. It makes me feel much better.

I'll go downstairs to the basement, put some music on, and start working out for a good hour and a half. But lately I haven't been pissed at anyone or anything. Life's been good to me this year.

When pissed off I enjoy punching and throwing things. Including but not limited to chairs, remotes, and siblings.

I have these big cardboard tubes from my HP2500CP paper rolls that I take out back and hit the trees with. They are a llittle hefty, so you can get a good swing, and it usually takes a few huts before they breakdown. That, plus being outside for a few minutes usually helps.

Same here. I go up to lifetime and workout or I will go out for a long run. Either way you are too tired when you come back to be upset still.

WWF Wrestling Buddies, i take it on on the ultimate warrior.

When I am pissed off I do something that will get my mind off it like for example I edit movies with friends. So then when they are not with me I just explore the other techniques of editing so that I can be more adapt to editing movies.

I usually end up typing something stupid online :-). Lucky for me I have a punching bag in my garage, her name is Tori. I'm also at the gym everyday, so that pretty much takes away any unneccessary energy.
