Anybody know or hear what that red shirt Ozzie wears under his jersey is about?

I believe that's a Chicago Fire Jersey.

I'm listening to Let's go go White Sox on my mp3 player right now. What a great song.

Just noticed that the White Sox MLB page now has Thome in the banner in place of a sliding Podsednik.

I was wondering when they were going to add Thome.

I'm pretty sure it is. He wore one in the playoffs too last year.

Lets assume for a moment that some more of this griffey talk is true. Im not for it, nor do I want us to think about doing it, but what if it came true. How would you make the lineup?

POds

Gooch

Thome

Kong

Dye

Griffey

AJP

Crede

Uribe

McCarthyism.

We are now 40-24. Last year in the regular season we went 99-63. To match last year, we need to go 59-39, or roughly a 600 winning percentage.....we are winning at a 625 clip, so we just need to avoid a large dropoff in our current play.

On Comcast the background has a blown up picture of a newspaper on the wall. It says "Houston takes hammer to Wood" and then has a picture of the Sox celebrating a victory.

so, the sox are going to cincy...

you think they'll throw the series for ol' times sake?

:ducks:

It looks like Uribe has the foot tap back. I did'nt notice it on the 2 hits but on the squeeze he was doing it. Lets hope he keeps it up.

You guys have to suffer thru the crappy BA banner for at least another few days.

We need the Dep cycle banners again.

Ben Davis? Nice.

Jun 16 The Chicago Tribune reports Chicago White Sox RP Brandon McCarthy (leg) was struck above the left knee by a line drive during batting practice on Thursday, June 15. McCarthy received treatment but was cleared to pitch.

Anyone feeling better about the pen all of a sudden?

When Cliff gets back....

Jenks, Cotts, McCarthy, Riske, Thornton, Politte

I'm fine with Cliff being the last arm in the pen.

Oh YES, the old Schaller guy on CSN.

It's most certainly the third pic. 10-4

The 2006 Sox are 3 games back of the 2005 Sox.
