I don't want to sound like I'm complaining about a hit, but does anyone else think Crede should've been on third?

 

The base running on this team is all screwed up right now. We're being aggressive when we shouldn't be, and we're not being aggressive when we should be.

If he had any speed, yes, but Rios seemed to bounce off the wall pretty well and recognize where the ball was immediately.

 

The ball pretty much rolled 1/3 of the way back to the infield. We're just really freaking slow.

If Ozzie can manage to keep Javy's string just short enough where he builds some confidence with this game, and decides he likes his delivery, maybe, just maybe, this could be another of them turning point games for a pitcher.

Just in general. We pretty much have to hit the ball right through the gap to have any chance for a double.
