A better pitch, but just a great eye by these Yankees hitters.

Why for the love of god when you have a Brandon McCarthy in the bullpen do you have Cotts up first. Is it to plunk Giambi with the bases loaded again.

Cotts hasnt been good in a while. I dont get this. Eject the 2005 WS dvd Ozzie, he isnt the same guy.

son of beeeehive....take him out

Unbelievable. Javy is just toast. I hope we don't ever pitch him again.

What a pathetic performance by Vazquez. He's scared of the bat. If he gives up a homer here, these fans better boo his ass off the field.

That Cleveland game earlier in the year. We actually fell behind 4-2 in that game on the 3 run homer by Hafner, but ended up coming back and winning on a homer and then 2 run single by Dye.

Javy went 5.2 innings, gave up 7 hits, 3 runs, 1 walk, 9 k's, threw 110 pitches. And Cleveland left 14 men on base, but as individual totals, they left a total of 29 (I don't know if I've ever seen a number that high).

Thats pitching away from contact. He knows his pitch count, and his marbles have shrunk with the game on the line. So just keep walking people.

This is dumb.

OUT. OUT NOW.

Good grief, he's begging to give up this lead.

Ozzie has to leave him in so he has the chance to get the W. That is what baseball is all about: pitchers wins.
