nothing like giving up 3 hits and losing.

ozzies postgame: "WHO CARES IF WE LOSE; JAVY PITCH GOOD"

A loss like this wouldn't have hurt at all in June or July. I'd be pretty excited about Javy's performance.

Grounder to 3rd base, double off the LF wall (almost out at 2nd base), K, pop up on infield.

That's my 9th inning prediction.

Konerko is

A ) already planning how to hit into his next double play

B ) Running extra slow because of the extra weight from his championship ring

:lolhitting

Round of applause for Javy tonight. Great outing.

just got off work, glad to see we're playing well again...

I wouldn't have been able to sleep if we lost a game like this last year.

Best game Ive ever seen Javy pitch, a masterpiece...and it wont freaking matter. Nice job offense.

Javy must be pretty pissed at the offense right now.

To be fair, he did this to them all year by blowing any lead they gave him.

I guess the offense didn't want him to blow another lead, so they didn't give him one.

and to the 9th we go.

Come On Tadahito!

I'm still blaming Ozzie for the loss. They should've never pitched to Crisp.

Iguchi swinging out of his ass.

Sweeney is a very smooth OFer

Wait until he guns down a runner trying to score from 2nd on what would normally be a routine RBI single.

Javy pitched well.

The offense can go f*** themselves.

Where was this in June? Der..... nice job Javy!

:hawk:

Javy giving a BIG MIDDLE FINGER to the doubters.

A big middle finger to the doubters would have been a string of good performances in July, August, and September. This isn't it.

Good AB Gooch

It's very encouraging to see him have a game like this.

4 hits, 0 runs.....

Sickening AB by Iguchi. Way to be a tough out.

Watching the Sox right now is like ripping a stinky fart. You know the fart stinks, but you can't help from sniffing the fart. Same way with the Sox, you know they are pitiful and pathetic, but you can't help yourself from watching.

Boy that was a bullet.

Javier Vazquez's MO: Making people think you've turned a corner.

Agreed. He pitched very well tonight but we needed this his last 10 to 15 starts. If he had, the Sox wouldn't be out of the playoff picture.
