The ump could have called it if he wanted, Danks stepped at about a 50 degree angle which is a balk.

There is a 45 degree angle extending from your front foot when you set. If you step over it, that is a balk, behind it, you're ok. From that overhead view, he was clearly around 60 degrees.

Well, I am watching the game on my crappy tv today (w/o Tivo), and while typing in the game thread, I will miss quite a few things most likely. Thank you for informing me.

Brenda Song. There's a story behind it but she's on The Suite Life of Zach and Cody and other shows. Hot as hell, but it's only for a short time. Some posters PM'd me about her questioning it from my usual avatars. I can care less though.
