Also, I have to say I've been impressed with how Molina calls a game. With Aardsma he's been calling inside/out, up/down, with both slider and fastball. You don't see this often with Pierzynski. If he actually could hit the ball he'd be invaluable.

Great job by Aardsma. He brings the most intensity to the team right now. In comes Borowski. Ozzie finally gets to use Pods.

CC had a lay-up of a 9th inning set-up, or he would face some lefties. I think Wedge is making a big mistake.

I think Lidge would be awesome in the AL. Maybe the Astros would like some of the White Sox never will be's.

 

i agree, i think he just needs a change of scenery, but hes a project no less, and a 5mil dollar one at that.

Aardsma has easily been the best surprise of the year, though all the pitchers have been pleasantly surprising (minus Jenks).

And he frickin gunned that ball to second base on the steal attempt, he did everything right, quick relase, pefect placement, the runner just got a great jump.

Positive - our relief pitchers have been great so far.

Negative - hitters can't hit when runners are on base, hitters try to send each pitch out of the park.

We need more line drive hitters like Overbay instead of swinging and missing.
