I hope people can see why there is so much negativity on this board. We are soooo close to being a great team right now, but our offense is doing everything to prevent that from happening. Its just so frustrating watching this great pitching and then watching Erstad and Crede.

I gotta say, I have been one of Mark Buehrle's biggest detractors but he looks absolutely amazing tonight. He's spotting his fastball exactly where he needs to and he's avoiding the change. This is vintage Buehrle.

I remember a lot of people being worried about his fastball slowing down. It looks like it is back up there, and there is a good difference in speed between the fastball and changeup again.

The second I saw him pick up that ball I went to baseballreference.com and checked Mark's career K numbers, there's not milestone in sight.
