is that MMAC's first out recorded this year cuz it's the only one i remember...

Should have let it drop and get crawford off the bases!

I don't care if that's how he pitches, DJ. That's incredibly irritating as well.

Uribe should have dropped that pop up and threw Crawford out at 2nd. Then you slow ass Wigginton at first instead of speedy Crawford.

More terrible defense by AJ, as a good throw gets him easily.

thought the same thing...

HORRIBLE IDEA

Thornton better be brought in here. Why does it seem like our runners have to go 100 feet to get to the base, and the opposition has to go 80?

Norton, You're the Greatest!!

And McDougal continues to show why the Royal clan are our two worst relievers right now.

Has he had a good throw all year? I know the pitchers don't help him a whole bunch (sans Buehrle), but every once in a while you'd think he'd bail 'em out with a perfect throw right on the bag.

On that Uribe play, if he dropped it, isn't the infield fly still in effect? I'm not quite sure about the infield fly rules.

you ever feel like when another team has 2 on 1 out that its much more pressure for our guys than when we do it to them? ... in these situations i almost always feel like we're gonna give it up

I can't think of anything good he's done defensively.

I won't go far as saying that. He's been pretty good on balls in the dirt this year, and on the few tough 'bunt' plays, he's been good.

Nice, Thorton!

I swear, Thorton balked and umps didnt see it.

Actually he didnt, just looked like it at first glance.

TY Thorny!!

Great pitch, as Norton was having a great at-bat.

I thought you have to step off more than he did. His move was more like a righty pick-off move to first base....which is fine, but there wasn't a runner on 3rd base.

Crawford with some CRAPPY baserunning tonight!

Anyone want to chat?

Orvella has no control....we made that too easy for him.

Lets score one and go home!!!
