White Sox vs. Twins, 5/28/07 (L)

Featured Replies

The El Caballo catch was better and more significant.

But I don't think every cf can make it. it was one row into the seats. Lots of guys don't have the hops. I don't think Erstad makes it.

I was looking at the Tampa talent. It is far superior to the White Sox young guys. When these pitchers start to depart, it could get very ugly for a long time at USCF.

TB has a lot of young talent. Theyre just stuck in the wrong division

More stellar defense by the right side of the field.

Iguchi has digressed so much this year.

How do you step on the ball before it gets to your glove, seriously..

I just have such a bad feeling it will be Buehrle and Garland that are gone. Don't worry though, Floyd and Gio are ready to come up and lead us to a 5th place AL Central finish.

I believe it's inevitable the White Sox will experience a two/three year stretch where they're consistently under .500.

If this season ends poorly, you have to ask yourself whether it's reasonable to expect the White Sox to compete in 2008. Or 2009. If dangling Garland happens to give the White Sox a reasonable package, Williams would be a fool not to consider. We haven't even discussed the roster yet. Who'll replace Dye? Or Iguchi? Can Erstad possibly return for 6 million dollars if incentives are reached?

Konerko and Iguchi have to have the least range of ant 1B/2B combination in the league.

AJ is the most overrated catcher ever.

Will Ozzie have the balls to throw at someone after this? I hate this f***ing team's demeanor.

another example of how bad of a defensive catcher AJ is

Stealing third with a four-run lead?

It's time for somebody in the Twins' order to eat some dirt.

Clearly Day is ready.

How in the hell did we call up Day? He sucks.

Man, when we lose, we lose. Losing Ugly?

I have seen enough of Day BYE-BYE

when did Arnie Munoz become a right handed reliever?

This has become embarrassing very quickly.

And you people wonder why I criticize the White Sox organization and their inability to produce major league talent. No one can produce immediately.

Day might be back in B HAM tonight just another White Sox prospect that sucks when they come up

Ha, that's who I compared him to before the game. Any righty with a slider who struggles more against righty hitters than lefty hitters obviously sucks.

Hawk reaching for stats of ML pitchers he has shut it down for today!

You know, it's a good thing that Danks looks good so far. If not, I'd say KW had about the worst possible offseason a GM could have.

Edited by fathom

hawk and DJ are killing time by talking about Thomas Collaro, who has NO shot of being a good big league outfielder.

We're screwed.

I wanted the INF for Day's ERA.
