Anyone wanna share some memories of games they played out? Or how about games that pissed them off but they kept trying to play it anyway? I'll start.... I don't have much patience so I never had a lot of the latter, but back in the day Blades of Steel was the **** on my NES. If I wasn't playing that I was playing some Jordan vs Bird and failing at the dunks, Tecmo Bowl. Almost forgot, SUPER PUNCH OUT~!!~!!!! Who didn't love that game? The old NHL games were the s***, too. Fighting was amazing. I was always either the Penguins or the Hawks -- the Jagr/Lemieux combo was just too good to pass up. Castlevania was also money (especially 1 and 3 for NES), Donkey Kong Country 1 and 2 for SNES (3 SUCKED though), and in terms of at the arcade, I was unstoppable on any form of Tekken (King FTW!!), Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, NBA Jam, and The Simpsons. And amen on hockey and soccer video games Rowand, as well as Ken Griffey Jr. Baseball for Super NES. And of course, any Super Mario Bros. for NES and/or SNES. I'd usually win about 10-5, just about unbeatable with the Hawks. I loved getting penalties too, Bernie Nicholls and his incredibly slow speed always caught the opponent off guard with the change of pace, it was like the hockey version of pitching Joel Zumaya and Jamie Moyer back to back. That middle of the order with Thomas, Ventura, Tartabull, and Baines CAN NOT BE STOPPED. And of course, with Officer Karkovice behind the plate, nobody is stealing bases. Anyone who uses the wraparound in 94 is a cheap son of a b****. It's a complete glitch...that game was on NHL 06 (for PS2 at least) and we played it a ton...if you don't allow that cheap bulls*** the games are actually fun and intense instead of a retard-fest.
