Linsday Soto, Erin Andrews, or Rachel Nichols, can't go wrong with any of the 3. Soto isn't nearly as well known since she's a local girl on the west coast Fox Sports Nets, but she's amazing. I watch USC basketball games on there when I get the chance just to see her.

It's weird, I generally hate any girl with any sort of red hair. Perhaps burgundy red is different.

 

Also, Jeanne Zelasko, Lisa Salters, Hazel Mae, Krista Voda, and that PARTICULAR picture of Shana Hiatt need to go. Hiatt is hot as hell, and she looks absolutely terrible in that picture.
