100% for real. Like fathom said, he's been better, but still highly mediocre. 8 straight runs up the middle, tentativeness to throw the long pass, etc. We need REAL coordinators on this team.

The Cover 2 is all about keeping with your assignments and gap control. The problem is our secondary can't keep their assignments, they bite on plays they shouldnt. Its one thing if this is the first year they have played this defense. But its years now, and we have guys who can't get the basic packages down. We either have to get a traditional defense or we need to pay better attention to the IQ's of the secondary when we draft them.

I'm with you on this one... And how the hell are we losing right now? Up 10-0 in the 2Q with the ball and next thing you know, it's 14-10. Typical Bears. Meanwhile, the Giants and Oakland need to step it up big time for us.

BTW- Forte gets 52 total yards in the 1st quarter, and I think he got 1 touch in the 2nd quarter, due to Lovie Smith's fascination with giving Forte a rest AFTER THE END OF A QUARTER WHEN HE GETS HIS BREAK THEN.

The Bears need more WILDCAT!!!! That will get them into the playoffs.
