I would rather see Fred Manrique's comeback than another game of Juan Uribe.

Boy.

Walking into this thread just now, you'd think that the Sox are down 9-2 or something.

Thankfully it's 3-2.

Hey thanks for making me miss that entire inning Gameday.

3 hits off of the magical Tigers bullpen. At least Swisher's in the game.

Why was he out in the first place? I missed why...

Slight hip flexor, but the radio said he could have played.

yeah gamecast is pretty screwed up right now.

i guess that tigers pen was bound to throw a good game sooner than later. so far, they have been great tonight.

Considering we've managed 3 hits, none of which hit with authority, off of A. Lopez and Jason Grilli.....yeah...9-2 it mgiht as well be

With the way the guys are swinging the bats, this one run feels like seven.

I would enjoy seeing Juan Uribe eaten by Llamas.

Jose comes back from 3-0 count. 1 out

You have to wonder if this is the game that could get them going if they hold on to win.

And there's the daily Cabrera lazy defensive play.

we'd need about a thousand llamas...uribe packs some pounds!

2 out

Good stuff by PK this inning.

Enough of the Juan Uribe derisiveness.

We know he sucks.

Let it be done. Juan Uribe is to be eaten by a thousand llamas.

It's got to be Boone time. Great start by Contreras.

That Uribe at bat was simply sad.

This is the traditional cold weather corseball approach we had grow to know and love. Why is it the opponents can handle the cold and the Sox just run away and hide. This game should have ended the Tigers bullpen for the series.

Instead........well let's see that chemistry that Hawk stated was the best he had seen in his 85 years of baseball.

Inge simply kills this team.

I was thinking that in the third after Mags' hit. But in reality, their bullpen still sucks even, even if the Sox aren't hitting them, and Jose has been bad tonight and they only scored 3.

Runner at second now.

I hate Inge so goddamn much. F*** you Inge.

Whattya know, Brandon Inge hits the ball hard off of us...

Ozzie doesn't.

y'know.. it's amazing how bad jose looked/looks today.. but how good the outcome is.. maybe its the funk of the detroit offense..

Contreras pitched well enough to at least have a no decision, and probably against the guys we were facing, get a win.

But thats not going to happen while we're swinging limp noodles for bats.

Flat out, given what happened to Willis in the 1st, a loss is unacceptable.
