The offense has given us 4 runs through 5 innings, that's not horrible. Mark is really disappointing so far though.

Offesne has grounded into 3 DP's. Where are the 3-4-5 hitters? Silent again

Buerhle with another strong outing. 7 hits in 4 innings plus giving up a three run homer. I wonder what he destroys after this game?

Think on the bright side...if he breaks his shoulder when hitting the clubhouse door, I'm pretty sure we can void his contract.

Our #5 hitter is 2-2. OC, Konerko, and Thome have been non-existent this season.

There is still four innings to play. I'm going to stay the optimist for now.

OCab throws a 3 hopper to Konerko to barely beat the runner...

"as Cabrera does that intentionally" -DJ

DJ, the 5 year olds watching have gone to bed, kill yourself.

Adenhart is still in.

There is no reason to not score big time on him this inning.

But I fear somehow this stiff now will get through an inning easily.

For anyone that lives on the west coast and might see the Angels more than I do....have you ever seen a team pitch to Vlad with runners on 2nd and 3rd?

MB has let this team down so much this season. Reminds me of the season he started out 2-10. Time to get rid of his ass.

I am obviously pointing out the obvious with the bad stuff, but may I join you and remain optimistic the offense might pull it out.

Low and away confuses Dye.

And Dye takes strike 3 on a pitch right down the plate.

Say what you want, and yeah we shoulda been out of the inning long before that, but Mark Buehrle circa 2008 is pretty asstastic.

Remember all the fans clamoring and begging us to keep Buehrle last July? The ones who threatened to give up their season tickets if we had traded him? Be careful what you wish for.

No chance of that happening. As Boers and Bernstein said today, you're stuck with him.

Vlad entered the game with 3 home runs.

He's having a s*** season, yet he can bash the big hit in a big game.

Paulie and Thome have to start hitting some bombs like that.

Sure it's on Oz, but Oz is afraid to manage the veteran players.

It's also on Mark for serving up the meatball.

I think Ozzie manages with the grumbling gut instead of with baseball sense

It was an awful choice, but Buehrle is just bad. They'd have got him eventually, and you can't assume Hunter does the same thing (grounder to SS) with the bases loaded, 1 out as he did after a 3 run homer to put them up. Ozzie and Mark both deserve the blame.

Point well taken

Mark was the only thing we had to cling to last season, mostly due to his no-no. Retrospectively so far, yea, not a good decision. But we'll see.

i guess its challenge vlad night at the park

I am outta here before I say more stuff I will regret later in frustration.

I will say if we lose this game, pencil in a sweep.

This was the winnable one to keep us rolling after 2 of 3 in Seattle.

I agree how you can't say one thing would have happened if something happened before it. However, you have got to put yourself in a situation to get a double play ball against Hunter (who hits into a lot of them in his career).
