the angels really pushed adenhart pretty quickly through the system...he had a great ERA in AAA before his call up this year, but even through his minor league career he hasnt had the peripherals i would expect out of a top prospect....god konerko first pitch swinging?

Sox hitters must have missed the memo that Adenhart has no control so far in the majors.

10 walks in 6.1 innings? Lets swing at the first pitch!

Kong puts the first pitch in play, hope he enjoys the low 200s BA. He keeps that up, he will be there well into June.

Dye takes a pitch and goes the other way. He should be our 3rd hitter right now. Ozzie however will need to nut up to move Thome out of the 3 hole.

AJ must have heard.

its not easy to walk AJ on 4 pitches...

for as bad as the mariners announcers were, the angels announcers so far have been very good and entertaining

Not many teams cant score a base hit to center with a man on 2nd. That takes skill

Swish really has been stringing together some hits the last couple games.

Perfect man up at the plate.

Wow, first adjustment I've seen from Swisher since he's been on the Sox. Crede needs to wait for his pitch, as he'll get something up in the zone.

Make them pay big.

Nice approach by Crede...got a break that they didn't get one out though.

Aybar playing fumbles.

Nice sox 1-0.

These guys should be looking away...away...away

Haha Swish.

Swisher, that was f***ing beautiful!

wow we have won 9 of our last 12 in anaheim...seems like we are only ever .500 at best on the west coast

They should be doing that just about every game.

That last pitch grooved right across the middle of the plate up.

Ducksnorts are sexy!

Gotta love when your team is getting the bloopers.

Ugh, OC has to stop swinging at the first pitch. Good inning though, hold them Mark.

Lets not start this walking s***.

Get a double play here Mark.

2-2 fastball to Anderson? Buehrle looks like crap again.

I like the Mark Buerhle who busts righties in, bores his cutter in on their hands and breaks bats. That guys is cool

Now the Mark Buerhle who pitches away from contact, and nibbles. That guy can go away.

The Mark Buehrle of 2008 starting to rear his head awful early in this game...
