even the CLE announcers said byrd got a call on that 3rd strike

Dye's approach was off that at bat, and has been for the last week or so. He needs to use the whole field.

hmm...PK usually uses an invisible bat

just tuned in.. how'd we score?

Yikes....PK's bat speed is non-existent.

Thome and Konerko are really getting annoying

let that little roid head off the hook

First three batters got a hit. Dye K's, Thome grounds to 1st and the run scores. PK flys outs.

seems like he never gets the barrel on the ball

I hear that Carlos Quentin is pretty darn good at baseball.

Exactly...even the hits he's had over the last month have been bloopers or dribblers for the most part.

honestly, I'm thrilled that thome didn't hit into a DP.

This is going to be a long night of umpiring complaining by Hawk.

That what I was thinking too. Thats pretty sad isn't it?

Seemed inevitable the Indians would get that run back. Javy's fastball seems a little short so far.

Edited by fathom

why do we always immediately give runs back??

wow that got out? must be alot of wind...i thought that was a routine fly out off the bat...maybe i just misjudged it though

Darn, we should be up 2 runs now and we are tied.

they live and die by the long ball more than we do

Maybe it just seems that way, especially when your offense is so bad and pitching is good.

Delucci has a lot of power, and can hit a fastball as well as anyone. Vazquez is not very impressive so far. No command of his change-up, and his fastball is mediocre for him.

back on the juice that was prolly a HR for victor
