Since Im watching on gameday, can anyone explain how Guillen was able to get plunked and Dotel was allowed to stay in the game after both benches were warned earlier?

When I was in HS I was the captain of my team, there was a guy that did something like that, I just told him to keep throwing inside on him and if he hit him, all the better, and not to tell the coach I told him to do that

 

Most times when young guys do it they're trying to show off, I wanted him to be shown that his fundamentals were awful.

I know Ozzie loves the lefty/lefty matchup and everything.... but Ive always been a big fan of letting a guy finish an inning assuming he is doing a good job. Maybe the exception being a stud lefty or something but thats not Ross Gload.
