Yeah, but at the same time, Bobby isn't dominant in the least bit like he was on 05 and that correlates with him no longer that unhittable heat.

Right now, his ERA is a full run lower than it was in '05 (admittedly ERA is not what you want to judge a reliever on, but just for an indicator) and his WHIP right now is 1.05 compared to 1.25 then. Last year his WHIP was 0.89 without that unhittable fastball.

Agreed. In '05 he was a thrower. A really good thrower, but still a thrower. Now he is a pitcher. He isn't as overpowering or dominant, but he's better at getting guys out.
