Good question. Iowa looks to have a pretty solid plan on defense, special teams, and in the run game. But if you've got two quarterbacks, you've got none and their wide receivers aren't very good. I think they are in good shape to make a bowl this year though.

I wish Pat White could have transfered to Michigan with Rodriguez.

I don't know if Stewart knows taking timeouts in football stops the clock, allowing you more offensive plays. No seriously, I don't know if he understand that concept. That was just brutal.

Well we will see if UNC can follow up the Rutgers performance this weekend against Va. Tech. First ACC game as well for them .

OK OK...I know its quite ridic....There are things about being an alum from CU that bother me about the fans. I can say they are not the best in the world. They rush the field after any moderatly big win I blame it on that stupid ramp they have in the endzone, it just makes it that much easier to do it.

 

and honesly enough with "They're all high" crap about CU...every other big college in this nation has a high percentage of marijuana smokers, and honestly I would rather have people smokin weed than the thousands of frat boys at Illinois that get drunk and destructive.

 

But give the football team some credit yea Bill Stewert is an idiot, but CU has made some huge strides. We should have won that game 24-14. CU made some stupid plays on offense and that missed INT would have gone for 6.

 

2 years and they are going to be right in the thick of it.

First of all, there is nothing negative about the quantity of the people smoking pot at CU, secondly they have some of the bet quality s*** around the nation anyway, so thats a HUGE positive.

 

And in conclusion, if everyone in the crowd WERE high, no way in hell they rush the field, most likely they rush the concession stand or just max and relax in their seats while watching the idiots waste energy running down stairs.

Oh and on the OSU front, it looks like freshman are starting to crack the starting lineup. Looks like JB shugarts will play at RT, Brewster at C and Pryor at QB.

Also, Bill Stewart should not coach at all. The players by themselves could at least be 1-2 in this schedule.

They have a shot. Stanza looked impressive till the Cyclone game and is definitely the future. Very good athlete. The WR's at Iowa aren't near as bad as people believe but overall they have a better than expected squad and I think this team is much more like a typical Ferentz team (unlike the past couple seasons).

 

Still they haven't played ANYONE (sorry, ISU isn't really anyone) and I expect them to struggle to score and that will be there achilles heel.

This Baylor frosh is very impressive. As long as he doesn't kill a teammate or start a cult, he should put up some sick career numbers (I kid because my sister-in-law went to Baylor).

DJK is a decent WR, don't know other than that.

 

Also, this win will look better later than you. Opposite of last year where we got outplayed and won, you guys got outplayed and won this year.

You can tell on this first drive that Pryor makes OSU more dangerous on offense than Boekmam. So much more you have to defend with him as a running threat.

Pryor reminds me so much of Vince Young. Too bad the talent around Pryor isn't even close to what VY had at Texas.

He has a better arm, and give it some time, some of the talent is already there, some is on the way. See the true freshman at C, RT, QB, and WR? This freshman class, plus the highly rated next one will build the team around him.
