After everything that happened today/tonight, they've locked up a number 1 already imo. MSU might have a shot if they can win the big 10 tourny now as well. Crazyness.

Basically played a doubleheader tonight.

 

 

That game was insane.

Wow what a game. Probably the best game i've ever seen. f*** me for passing up tickets. Well now i'm at work on about 4 hours of sleep after watching that marathon, so i'm a tad bit tired haha. Anyways, there is no way you can take away a #1 from UConn b/c of this loss. Just incredible. Johnny Flynn was the difference in the 5th/6th OT. UConn just didnt have anyone with the legs to match him once Thabeet fouled out inside and Kemba Walker started cramping up. I'm pissed UConn lost but i almost dont care because they can rest up for next week now after that. But how bad is Syracuse's depth when they have to play a walk-on as their 9th man?

I stayed up for the whole thing thinking I was a badass or something. Now having to get up this early, I feel like s**t.

UConn was up 5 in the 3rd OT and I gave up, thinking they would win it, shut it off and went to sleep....couldnt believe when I saw SIX overtimes this morning

So, I had to get up at 4:45 AM again today, and I made one mistake when I went to bed last night....I flipped it to ESPN during the first overtime.

 

That was one of the greatest games in college history.

College basketball > anything but baseball

I'm not sure how baseball can even come anywhere close to that. I don't think I've seen a sporting event top last night. If there's anything about baseball that sucks, it's that there is no last second drama like in football or basketball. College basketball is by far the best sport. Baseball probably fits in at 4th for me, it's too slow.

It's really a matter of preference. Baseball was/is my first love. I get a special kind of joy from it that I really can't explain. But I certainly won't argue against anybody that thinks college hoops is king. I absolutely love it.

I am strongly considering them for a national champion pick. The Big East Tournament as a whole was incredible though, such a great league.
