Randy Wells hasn't given up more than 2 ER in a start this year...

Nothing special about Wells' stuff. Command good, though. Keep the good O rolling!

That is what scares me. We struggle against 88-90 command guys, but can hit Bills, one of the best starters in the NL.

I thought we'd see Wise today after the nice game yesterday. I also thought Fields would be a good guy for Wells as the fastball is meh.

Fields apparently only plays against lefties and when Becks needs a break. I really like the changes i've seen in his swing and I wanted to see him get more at-bats.

Wells gave up four earned runs against the twins on june 12th. Billingsley also gave up four earned runs on may 24th against the angels.

Wells isn't exactly Jim Parque. I've seen him get his fastball up to 94 mph this year. With his command, he'd have no problem throwing 92 mph past Fields above the belt. I'm happy Fields isn't playing, and shockingly wish Wise was playing for Anderson.

We need innings out of you Jose, bullpen has been used a lot the past few days and Carrasco probably isnt available to save you if you get in trouble early.
