The closer's job is to find a way to preserve the lead in the 9th inning. Jenks is struggling with that right now. No one was asking for him to be removed from the position after Monday's close call.

i dont care if they were broken bat hits, a hit is a hit. or the defense didnt catch a ball that wasnt an error. he still threw a bad pitch to granderson. he blew it and thats it
