Totally agree, I was happy when that extension was given out.

That was inexcusable. How do you not make a routine catch on a fly ball? Rios screwed that up, that was Carlos' ball. I know the CF is in command of the OF, but Carlos had a easier chance of making that play.

That never happens with Ozzie. He argues on the field less than any manager I've seen this year....except if it's to protect Jhonny Peralta on a bad call.

In his defense there was no reason to think he'd be this bad at the time of that extension.

 

The fact that he was 45 at the time should have given a hint.

If other teams pay their #5 starter 10 mill a year, then they have the right to be just as frustrated and pissed about them as we do Contreras.
