The Nix error is an out 99% of the time s it was on the exchange. He also got he out when he picked the ball up. I like Nix though.

 

This offense is abysmal.

 

Mitre can only go 5 or 6 they said which means he will go 7 against this offense.

Jose is the man. He gets a pass forever because of 2005. But Nix is a joke, and so is Mitre. They are why I'm pissed.

Oddly enough if this year were actually a contending team, it would hurt a lot more to see Jose fall apart and become a shell of his past self. Well to see him continue being a shell of his past self.

 

In short I feel like the last few yrs he has had decent stretches but this year he's just been completely totally done.

I'm listening to the sox radio boradcast and DJ liked it. I didn't understand why you would give up outs to a guy who has shown he can't get anybody out.

Well....I guess we can't be surprised we're about to be down 4-0 or 5-0.

 

There's really no point to go with Contreras from here on out. They should try Hudson, Torres and maybe Garcia once or twice each and see what they have for the 5th starter's spot heading into 2010.

 

This game is pretty much over essentially, with the way our offense has looked recently. We've only lost five games in the standings the past month to the Twins and Tigers. At one point we were 4 1/2 games ahead of the Twins and tied (for ONE day) with the Tiggers.

 

 

I didn't think the Sox could go back under .500. Sinking ship.

I want to see Ozzie flip out on this team. and starts calling guys out because this whole team looks tired and off thinking about next week or somethin.

But I'v been ready to launch Pods for months, I don't give a damn about his fluke season.

Thank you KW for giving us Colon, Contreras, Wise, Lillibridge, Pena, and Garcia this year. The easiest division to win in baseball and we're handcuffed with a pile of garbage players.

It's obvious the Peavy trade hurt us in the short term and may cost us the division. Another title would have been nice but this team wasn't gonna get much farther than that anyways

See I have yet to see any evidence that Richard was really all that good. Not saying he is Contreras bad, but Richard was way too inconsistant.
