Whenever Jorge comes up I just want him to do something (whether it's groundout or hit a HR) quickly so I don't have to hear HIP HIP JORGE for several minutes. They were doing it the entire damn AB.

DP. Freddie through 2.

Yes, and I'm glad he's gone.

Oh f*** off

wow that was close at 3rd...he might have been safe....absolutely perfect play by cano to get him....im more ok with nix trying to do that than hawk and stoney are...

I'm pretty positive Nix was safe. Smart move on his part, though, IMO. Cano needed to make a perfect play to have a chance of getting him, and I guess he did (according to the Ump).

Pod's single up the middle Alexei scores Nix to second , throw rolls towards pitchers mound and Nix gunned at 3rd. Not a good decision by Nix . Was very close , might have been in there.

wow 3 pitch outs in 1 AB.....and pods still made it safely

Sox blow chances for big innings away all year long and end up losing close games because of it! :gosox3:

3 straight hits off Joba already on 2nd no out . Unwritten rules of baseball state never make 1st or 3rd out at 3rd base.

Wow nice strike zone. Garcia would be a Cy Young candidate with those type of calls.

He completely missed his spot and Posada caught the ball so weirdly that he was almost standing up. How does that get called for a strike?

I'm not so much mad at Nix for getting thrown out at 3rd as I am for him standing at 1st the entire at-bat by Pods. Should have been 3-1, with Pods on first and nobody out after Pods at-bat.

Jaba rules in NY as usual.

Damon belts a hanger for 3-2 Yankee lead.

I might be able to hit on out there.

That should be enough for them.

Johnny Damon looks like he one hands his home runs. WTF?

I sure hope not. Joba isn't exactly mowing us down. Plus he probably won't pitch more than 5 innings , maybe only 4.
