ugh, I hope JD breaks out of this slump. It would be more beneficial to play Kotsay in RF for his defense and his hitting (at the moment).

I have never seen a player consistently pull off the ball more than Rios has over the last month. It's absolutely sickening to watch.

He's been throwing guys out like crazy lately. I don't know if the pitchers are holding them better or the baserunners(and I remember this from my fantasy baseball days as stolen bases seemed to really decrease the second half)are taking a little longer getting to second base.

It looked like it, but when I slowed it up, it actually bounced off his right hand.
