Once you left your house you couldn't contact your friends about where you were or how you would meet them at a certain place because there were no cell phones?

Remember back when a movie would come out, and you would have no idea what the movie was about until you actually walked into the theatre and watched it?

Remember when you thought you were awesome when you played computer games off your floppy disk?

You thought you knew where in the world Carmen Sandiego was.

The fascination that everyone had when they not only got to see for the first time,....... but fought over who would be the next player to play the first video game that came out (PONG) on your television set. No one could believe how cool it was!

You couldn't even drink a can of pop if the hand-held pointed can opener was missing!

You could actually buy pop in glass bottles.

When you were headed to an unfamiliar place and you had to call a friend and use their crappy ass directions instead of looking it up online or plugging it into a GPS, and there was a chance you'd get lost and have to find a pay phone.

When you had to rewind or fast forward a tape to find your favorite song.
