Michigan will beat Penn St, Purdue, and maybe Illinois. They might steal a game vs OSU, Wisc, MSU, or Iowa. So yeah thats 8-10 wins, probably 9ish. I still don't think they're as good as the media and people are making them out to be, but they're also not the fraud I made them out to be.

Yikes. You could see from week one that this was a better team than the expectations (I was having flashbacks to 2007 with the Mizzou game, felt bad because it was close but maybe Illinois was solid), BUT that's still a stretch. Long way to go for that and Zook seems to only succeed with no expectations.

The CBS announcing duo of Verne and Danielson suck so much. For starters Verne is old and doesnt know what he's watching. He blows everything way overboard.

The D Line isn't doing a good job at all versus the run and their linebackers also look horrendous.

Nice answer there by South Carolina. Their fullback came up big on a couple of those plays - great blocking on some stellar Alabama LB's.

Someone might want to tell South Carolina that there is one more quarter to play. It's nice to be leading the top team in the country but no reason to jump up and down at the end of the third.
