I find that the MLB blackout rules are very broad and cover large amounts of areas that don't actually get the team's games; which is frustrating because you can't even buy that MLB.com package because of the same thing. I lived in the Purdue dorms my first two years here, and we didn't get CSN. I bought the package thinking I'd be able to watch the Sox, but I couldn't. Luckily, MLB.com has a 15 day fully guaranteed refund. I even tried calling them to explain my situation to see if they could apply a manual override, but they couldn't/wouldn't.
