Aardsma's reaction was pretty funny. Like "oh f*** it."

Watch him start blowing up like he did in 07.

Well, he seemed to turn the corner for the most part last year, but he did give up that homer to Thames right about this time in April in 07' for us...

Ozzie: “I think I found the trick, I think they play better without Ozzie managing. I think they swing the bat better."

I know Ozzie was joking like always, but umm... for real, just saying...

How about Kenny lucking into that pickup of today's hero?

That wasn't luck, that was just a move that took an incredible amount of guts to make. Rios was a guy coming off of a bad year where he was making a boat-load of money and the White Sox made a tactical move to get him, it's not like they stumbled across him on the streets.

A guy like Andruw Jones is luck, a guy like Rios isn't.

More like smart fan. The runner was scoring from first no-matter what. He probably thought, like I did, that it was an automatic 2 bases for all runners and that it was not up to the umpire to decide if he could take a 3rd base.

You give that guy way too much credit.

Or just tell him to stop f***in around and throw old man Griffey some heat which he can't catch up to

No kidding. His bat has REALLY slowed down since his heyday.

I disagree. I would have done the same thing in that situation (If I was thinking quick enough).

And quite frankly, you'd look stupid doing it.

I don't know if this was already mentioned but....from the Yahoo game recap:

The White Sox won back-to-back games with game-ending home runs for the first since J.C. Martin and Ken Berry did it in a doubleheader against Cleveland on July 25, 1967, according to Elias Sports Bureau. :gosox1:

Imagine how awesome that day must have been.

okay dudes, i'll say it. I turned off the tv after jenks gave up the double. I didn't want my buzz killed after the hawks game. Poor move.

That was sarcasm poking at DA, who still claims KW was trying to block Detroit...
