I think not having a long guy on thise team has been a major mistake. There have been many times where we could have used someone to throw 3 meaningless innings but instead we had to use multiple guys to finish out the game. This, in turn, of course affected the games after.

Except in those games we typically used Randy Williams for 2 to 3 innings and Linebrink/Pena for multiples if necessary, it's not like we're using any of the 3 setup guys in those situations. Burning Randy Williams doesn't really bother me.

Why?

 

Cause if you really feel like you're getting screwed by an umpire, do something about it. Better than just complaining the whole game.
