Lowe missed with the first three pitches before they finally threw the fourth on on purpose. It wasn't really Cox's strategy as much as Lowe missing the zone and Cox not wanting to groove on to TCQ.

I'm just a big believer in only sitting one starter per game. If you wanted to give him a breather, then play Rios. At this point, we should just hope that there's nothing wrong with Rios. Maybe some team picked him up off of waivers?
