You really need to relax with the umpire crap, we get that its not as easy as it looks doesnt mean you always have to go to their defense when they do a s***ty job.

When your short stop is running to first and at the end is more interested in calling safe or out for three consecutive days, you might as well just suggest that he become a major league umpire. Sorry, but my frustration is a combination of the blown call (a very minor part of the combination), Alexei's reaction to the play (for those three times he has done it) and listening to Hawk blow up every single time there is a close play. I wonder what kind of response I would get if I seriously sent him umpire equipment with his name on it and told him to go do a game while Paciorek and Stone do the game.

 

The only time we've eaten a big contract this decade was MacDougal, but Linebrink is inching closer.

 

If this was the final year of his deal, he'd be gone one way or the other.

 

KW wasn't incompetent, he simply over-reached by 2 years on that deal for Linebrink.

 

Williams should have been replaced by trade or Threets a long time ago.
