Should have thrown Watson a change-up there.

Bad pitch on 0-2...should have gone with the change-up.

Nice catch by Alexei.

They're really working out that up the middle popup.

Isn't one of Huddy's strengths to throw strikes? Seems as if he either has nerves or is trying to nibble too much to me. I didn't see his start in Seattle, however. It's not rare for young pitchers to be a bit afraid of the bat when coming to the big leagues I guess...so let's see

Hudson could have had Ellis picked off.

He's supposed to have good control.

There was a lot of concern in the minors this year about how many pitches he was throwing to complete innings.

That ball was about a inch too high.

Just a matter of time before Hudson implodes if he keeps struggling to throw strikes.

Wasn't most of that early in the year though, when he was already struggling?

Hudson right now is reminding me of almost every rookie we see come up...he's trying to make the perfect pitch every time.

Hudson is a fastball change pitcher today. No breaking ball??

It's not like he's missing badly...he's just slightly high or outside of the zone...

Damn it.

I think Gordon could have at least kept that in the IF.

Wow, that was a piss poor effort by Beckham. This team just has no swagger since the ASB. And AJP, please call for the 0-2 changeup.

You HAVE TO keep that in the infield

Brutal attempt by Beckham at holding it to 1 run, just absolute s*** right there, dive for that f***ing ball

That was like Roger f***ing Dorn

Hasn't shown much of a slider since he's been up. His slider has reached mythical status like Dewon Day's.

In his last 10 starts in AAA he went 5, 8, 5, 5, 7, 6, 5, 6, 6, and 5 innings. Not exactly Roy Halladay.

Why aren't they throwing the change on 0-2 counts?

Hudson really needs to stop walking people. That is really what is killing him.

Beckham's been a huge disappointment at 2nd base. He plays the position like he has no athleticism at all.

Wow, we're lucky that ball bounced right back to A.J.
