Going to my first game of the season, anyone know where I can get cheap parking so I dont have to pay 23 bucks

Ha. Every place around there is expensive. Train is cheapest option.

We park at the corner of 34th and Indiana in front of a nursing home. It's a walk, but it's well lit and free.

There's an ITT (or IIT, I can't remember which) on the other side of the highway that you can park at for 10 bucks.

Pierre, lf

Vizquel, 3b

Rios, df

Konerko, 1b

Teahen, DH

Quentin, rf

Pierzynski, c

Ramirez, ss

Beckham, 2b

Jackson, p

I'd like a flip flop of Teahen and Quentin, both position-wise and lineup-wise. Then flip A.J. and Alexei and you have yourself a pretty good lineup.

Still, I think this lineup Ozzie has out there today is pretty decent to begin with.

Amazing what removing Kotsay can do.

Too early to consider him impeached?

There is nothing wrong with Kotsay that some basehits and RBI's won't cure

Nice high heat to finish him off right there. Jackson looking good.

You hate seeing Konerko lay off such meatballs when up in the count.

Or Talent.

PK has really, really struggled on defense the last 10 games or so. Jackson needed that DP, as Arizona Edwin showed up so far with his poor command.

Great job by Edwin of pitching over the bad control...but good grief, I'm so freaking sick of watching AJP bat.

It's kind of weird finally having a high K pitcher.

I would love to see a Gordo opposite field double here.

It's dead in this here thread. Two on, one out for Alex. Let's get one of those singles in the hole.

Big chance for Rios here, he has to avoid the DP.

That should be your #1 web gem of the day.

Nasty play by the Tigers, but what a shock, ANOTHER double play hit into by Rios. Maybe it's time for him to hit 9th, and Beckham 3rd.

Rios with a very nice catch. Edwin gives him his props.

EDIT: Damn, he levitated for a moment to get that.

AJ throws out the runner EASILY.

Finish him here, Edwin.

Considering his control today I'm surprised Jackson has 4 scoreless innings.

Leadoff single. Get us some momentum, Teahen.
