Not sure if this has been posted yet, but Cowley was on the score this morning and was told by an unnamed Sox player that Kenny and Ozzie had another fight at the end of last month, and at one point Kenny told Ozzie "You're done."

 

 

It is becoming more and more apparent that either Kenny goes or Ozzie goes. That's a shame because I like them both.

We can only hope. Whether or not Ozzie is as bad a manager as he seems sometimes, the BS with him and his family got very old this season.

This might add a little fuel to the fire, Ozzie just posted a link to the Sun-Times article about him wanting an extension.

I think i kinda wanna see both Ozzie and KW go.

For me it's two things:

• KW and Ozzie can NOT co-exist anymore. The infighting is not good for the stability of this organization.
• The crap with Ozzie's kids is over the top ridiculous.

Something clearly has to give between Kenny and Ozzie. There's no way that they can go at this for another year, the only thing that's gotten them this far is that they're both stubborn.

That's probably a good idea. When franchises become soap operas and have their own TV show they usually don't win.

Then again I never trust the credibility of any article that uses the words "unnamed sources".

 

I'm also tired of Kenny discussing contracts, "Oh I don't know, we may not be able to sign this guy".

 

Then there's Reinsdorf's silence. Maybe, just maybe, there may be bigger changes in ownership.

 

I think Kenny's way of setting up a ball club and Ozzie's philosophy of what a team should be like can't exist unless they are winning.

 

Ozzie has yet to learn the diplomacy of being a manager. Basically being too honest and not knowing when to shut up.
