Hmm, well...I guess we'll take that.

Oh s***, now McPherson is in for PK if it stays tied...great.

What is with Ozzie's love with McPherson? He's worse than Dunn at the plate, is bad on D and is slow as hell.

Well I hope that would be your opinion, since you're the genius that proposed the wager.

For the record, the Sox went on their incredible streak when shack and I started making mock bets before each series.

You guys need to start again then.

greg, paulie hit a bloop that fell between bautista and hill. lexei scored and paulied scooted into 2nd

Thanks. Lousy at bat by AJ falling behind in the count.

At least the team tied it, but walkoff are no fun.

This is true. Very true.

And by the way, J4L, while I know Lawrie is raking right now, at the time of the deal, Lawrie was the 40th best prospect in baseball according to BA.

I would expect more than just 1 top 40 prospect in any Danks deal.

Perhaps a top 20 prospect and then a few high-ceiling guys in single A ball or something would be a nice return in my opinion.

AJ probably thought they were going to pitch around him.

Uh, no, AJ. You are on a decent roll of late, but nobody's afraid of you. He came right after you and you should have been ready for those meaty strikes you took.

Well, they got their 8 runs today to get the season average up to exactly 4.0/game.

Hopefully the next 108 games will be better. Better yet, they get a couple more today.

4 runs a game isn't THAT bad this year. Offense is down again, even from last season's decade low.

I see what you mean here. I just have no reason to believe in KW right now. 2007 was a while ago.

I wonder how many walk off wins we have at home.

This is going to be another sad moment for us loyal Soxtalk fans.

We're in the bottom 3 over the last three years I believe.
