August 9, 201114 yr If you had to name your favorite TV series ever... What would it be? Go all of the way back to the days of youth of if need be. For Tex that means the drawings on the cave walls.
August 9, 201114 yr If forced to narrow it down to just one, it would be Married With Children easily. 1A would be the Wonder Years. After that it gets difficult. Honorable mention to South Park, Beavis and Butthead, Family Guy, Rosanne, Home Improvement, That 70's Show and Sons of Anarchy. Also MST3K even though I've mostly seen them on DVDs rather than actually on TV. Edited August 9, 201114 yr by Iwritecode
August 9, 201114 yr Oh man this is tough, it's a toss up between a few, but Arrested Development is probably my choice.
August 9, 201114 yr 24, ER, Dexter, NYPD Blue, The Practice for dramas Seinfeld, Friends, Always Sunny for sitcoms. (Parks & Rec is climbing the charts currently) As a kid, Thundercats
August 9, 201114 yr Boy Meets World will always have a special place in my heart. I love that show, and it reeks of nostalgia when I see it again. Shameless is quickly climbing my rankings...even after only 1 season, it might be my favorite show.
August 9, 201114 yr I'd probably have to go with the Simpsons or Duck Tales. As a child, nothing beat Ducktales for me. Once I got older, nothing has topped the long term greatness of the Simpsons. Runners up would include: Lost 24 Home Improvement Saved by the Bell
August 9, 201114 yr Its hard because you have different categories (longevity, ability to rewatch, etc). Based on this I have 3 series which I believe are close. Seinfeld, Simpsons, South Park
August 9, 201114 yr For weekly 'drama' - Prison Break (or Prison 'Broke' as my friends called it after season 1) Re-watchability - Futurama and South Park Sitcom - Community or Parks and Rec
August 9, 201114 yr Prison Break or Boy Meets World (BTW, Cory Matthews is hooking up with Kristin Cavallari now)
August 9, 201114 yr Gotta go with the Simpsons. As many episodes as I have watched over and over again, and I constantly find myself quoting the show in real-life situations.

August 9, 201114 yr The simpsons. Too many GREAT episodes. Followed by scrubs and arrested development.
August 9, 201114 yr One of these days I need to sit down and watch a "best of" Simpsons episodes. I've always kinda liked the show but I've never loved it like so many people do. I remember watching it as a kid mostly because it was on Sunday nights right before MWC. I've watched a few episodes here and there over the years but it's never been a "must watch" show for me.
