I think we've pretty much all been saying he's gassed, but we need to push him to build up for next year as much as we can

He has to be yanked from the rotation. I'd pick his spots in middle relief. Maybe even some late-inning setup work. He's literally going to get killed out there with the stuff he's bringing to the mound.

And I don't mean 'killed' to be insensitive. I'm glad he appears to be OK. I would think his eye is going to swell up badly
