Off topic, I met Rick Hahn over he weekend.

 

Very personable down to earth guy. Did not look like what I expected him to.

 

I wished him look on whatever he decides and thanked him all he has done with the Sox.

 

Something about the conversation led me to believe he is not going anywhere. I have nothing to back this up just a feeling I got.

With every grindy thing that De Aza does, that window closes a bit more.

I just cannot under any circumstance even with Ozzie at the helm them considering resigning him next year. But then again, this is the same management team that thought Kotsay was a great option because he hit one ball hard off Nathan in the metrodome with the game on the line that was a "hang with em"

I think Sale stays in the pen and replaces Peavy. I think Mark is here for 3 more years on an annual basis.
