"Twins have had 7 hits today and they all came in the first game"

We know what that's like.

Well, maybe KW will get some redemption on the Jackson trade after all.

Of course, this Twins' line-up is still missing a healthy Span, Morneau, Cuddyer and Kubel.

Makes a big difference.

Not to mention Big Jim Thome.

But at least it's a confidence-builder for 2012. Same with Phil Humber having some second half success finally.

Crazy game.

Hopelessly embarrassed last night.

Supposed to be worn out after playing night game and then day-night DH.

Now this.

Who can figure this game out?

If Walker's back next year, you almost have to try and trade him if he has any value left. He's one more bad year away from losing starting status in the majors.

I wonder what we could get for Walker.

Walker or Beckham?

I think there's ZERO choice but to hold onto him, unless Walker's back and they want to give the position to Lillibridge/Kuhn/Escobar.

EDIT: Bit confused the first time I read it, ooops.

Perhaps a ham sandwich?

That would make us savy investors.

I think it proves this team can't deal with pressure. IF they are 12 out by the time they face Detroit, they will probably sweep them.

Cuddyer and Kubel still available on the bench

That'd be the worst seeing Kubel come in and break it up. I don't even want to think about that.

Good at bat by Valencia

Man, f*** that.

Darn, hell of a performance by Stewart tonight. Nothing you can do about that hit.

Applause

Hell of a game by Stewart.

Seriously though, I want Sale & Stewart both in the rotation next year.

Good job ZS............. :notworthy :headbang

I blame my sister's boyfriend. Walked inside the house when sox were batting. Came downstairs when Zach was pitching to Valencia... boom double.

I want to punch him in the face. (oh.. he's a Cubs fan BTW)

I definitely want Sale in the rotation.

There is no reason they should not be.

Well, you'd have to think this start would give him a solid boost for the rotation next year.

The real question is what happens with Chris Sale.

f*** Danny Valencia.

Let him finish it!
