2012 TV Thread

Featured Replies

Speaking of watching too much tv, the reoccuring shows currently on our dvr:

Dexter

Homeland

The League

Jersey Shore

Sons

Raw

Revolution

Happy Endings

Chicago Fire

It's always sunny

New Girl

HIMYM

Big Bang Theory

American Horror Story

Survivor

South Park

And those are just the shows in season and off the top of my head, there could be more. Ridiculous.

HIMYM

Modern Family

Nashville

New Girl

What took so long for someone to judge me?

Nashville is still in its tryout period but its not bad.

I've actually wanted to give that show a shot because of Hayden. Love her.

So the last 3 or so weeks of Sons have been outstanding. I was THIS close to dropping it, too!

I thought the whole season has been good and the previous two seasons were ok but nothing big.

I have hung with the Office and it is better this year. Big Bang Theory is also consistently good. Other than that, no network tv for me.

Its really odd that Donna Noble is on The Office.

She's incredibly hot in it.

tooooooootally.

weirder that when i'm watching the two shows i don't think of her as the same person.

Did someone just say Jersey Shore?

Did someone just say Jersey Shore?

Yes. The first few seasons were incredibly entertaining so I was going to at least give the final season a chance.

Right now...

The Amazing Race

The Walking Dead

Homeland

Dexter

Downton Abbey

Sons of Anarchy

The Challenge

Survivor

Modern Family

Parks and Recreation

It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia

The League

SNL

Boardwalk I just keep getting further and further behind on, but soon I'll use it as a show to watch while on the treadmill at the gym via HBO Go app on my tablet.

Egads, and now Top Chef starts next week!

Not sure if I'm the only one that watches it but I am soooo happy that Happy Endings is back (and not for the obvious sexual jokes either).

Even odder that she's so incredibly unbearable on The Office. She was only decent on Doctor Who but holy f*** is she a train wreck on her current project.

My list isn't as long

Dexter

Raising Hope

Modern Family

Parks and Rec

The League

Always Sunny

Fringe

I have:

2 Broke Girls

The Big Bang Theory

Criminal Minds

Person of Interest

Boardwalk Empire

Homeland

Copper (just ended but I still have a few episodes to watch)

The League

American Horror Story

World Without End (miniseries currently airing on Reelz, it's an adaptation of a Ken Follett novel)

How has this season been so far? I saw the premiere but that's about it.

she's meant to be...

HIMYM

Parenthood

Modern Family

Law & Order: SVU

South Park

RW/RR Challenge

Parks & Rec

Up All Night

The League

Boardwalk Empire

Always Sunny was good. I never heard of Alexandra Daddario before tonight. Now I know...now I know.

I watch a s*** ton of shows, I will break them up by category. Comedies and Dramas.

Dramas:

Breaking Bad

The Killing

Dexter

The Borgias

Luther

Justified

Sherlock

Homeland

Revolution

Boardwalk Empire

Breaking Amish

The Colony

The Middle

Weeds

Wilfred

Eastbound and Down

Workaholics

The League

Parks and Rec

Tosh.0

Shameless

And whatever you want to call Dirty Jobs....educational?

Anyone watch The Colony? I think I was posting about it last spring when I was catching up on Netflix. Apparently S3 is on hold indefinitely because one of the marauders (who are actors) KILLED a participant on the show! I guess the person hit the other person on the head, and he or she fell down the stairs and died.

On my DVR:

Shows we watch with the kids:

The Simpsons

Family Guy

The Cleveland Show

American Dad

Shows my wife and I watch together:

The Good Wife

Homeland

Copper

The Walking Dead

Revolution

Last Resort (haven't started it yet)

666 Park (haven't started it yet)

Vegas (haven't started it yet)

American Horror Story

The Mindy Project

Modern Family

The League

Person of Interest

Shows I watch

Fringe

Grimm

Restaurant Impossible

Restaurant Stakeout

Needless to say, there's not enough time to watch everything. We need to have a weekend where we can get caught up on shows.
