I guess referring to me as Joe as many posters have is all done in good fun.

Got no problem with nicknames, but you personally referred to it as "egging a person on". If that's your goal...then quit.

QUOTE (The Ginger Kid @ Apr 28, 2012 -> 07:26 PM)
consistent failure with RISP this season.

Like last season.

And the season before that.

It has been consistent with one exception, that miraculous 26-5 run in the middle of 2010.

Other than that, definitely.

Playing better on the road, no home field advantage whatsoever.

Struggling against journeymen, rookies, soft-tossing lefties.

Talented bullpens, but maddeningly inconsistent.

Offense seemingly never clicking all at the same time.

Tons of mental mistakes (Dunn in the 1st, Konerko not advancing)....missed relay men, bad routes, bad baserunning, throwing to the wrong base, missed bunt attempts (see Alexei Ramirez triple play ball in 2011), dropping balls that should be caught (Rios/Pierre/DeAza), etc.

We still look a BIT better in this area than 2011, but not by much. One definite improvement, holding runners and throwing out runners, but even more K's than last year with Dunn, because of Morel/Beckham/Viciedo struggling simultaneously.

And just wait until Konerko's production starts to revert to the mean. He IS our offense.
