Porcello is doing a great job of burying that heater inside

Cabrera's definitely playing a lot better at 3B than he did 4 years ago.

Not great, of course, but average or maybe even a tick above. One of the big surprises with the Tiggers this year.

It's called a curve ball. Keeping the hitter's off balance changing speeds . Tiger's definitely a fastball hitting team. You see what a good curve can do to them like Floyds.

Jamie Moyer. Bruce Chen. Mark Buehrle. Tom Glavine.

It's more about changing speeds, location and movement than sheer velocity, although you have a lot less margin for error when you have the stuff of a Scherzer or Porcello compared to the likes of Dylan Axelrod.

Tyler Flowers is just rusty both offensively and defensively. With his type of swing, he can never be successful playing once every 7-10 games.

When you compared Axelrod to Buehrle I thought of that vice presidential debate with Quayle and that old guy. "Sir I know Mark Buehrle and you are no Mark Buehrle."

Him pitching in the summer at the Cell might be a recipe for disaster. He can do a solid job in pitcher's parks though.

Why in the hell are you throwing 0-2 fastballs to Miguel Cabrera?

Not a good start.

Wonder how long Robin will stick with Axelrose . His pitch count is high. heart of order.

What Stone said, gotta be in off the plate there.

Trading Sale for Axelrod in the rotation is like trading Lou Brock for Ernie Broglio.

Thank you Prince!

Jason Kipnis with 5 homers already, Indians out in front of Darvish 4-0 early.

Cabrera was 2-23 before that at-bat against the Sox this season.

Rays are 13-2 at home, btw. White Sox leading the AL right now in BAA, under .220 coming into play today.

Forgot 3rd time through the lineup.

Axelrod looks to be done. Hanging tons of pitches to the last 5 batters

uh oh. I don't want to see Ohman.

Nice job by Ventura of pulling him already.

Tommy Milone Oakland pitcher that beat Sox, like I predicted got hammered next start and down 4-0 already today in the 3rd inning. Sox should of hammered that guy!

The only reason I second guess it for a minute is the guy coming in.

Honestly he didn't pitch that bad, could be worse

Is Axelrod actually in the rotation now?

Next please.

What's up with Lillibomb? Zero homers and zero ribbies?

Man. The ball must be dead this year.

Not too many options with Sale out today. Too early for Thornton.

I think Axelrod may be capable of holding down the 5 spot.

Needs to get more ABs against LHP. Hopefully he'll start to shorten his swing then.
