Sox are not going to win 1-0 today so they better scratch a few more runs.

If Humber can get through this inning, I think the Bullpen can keep them off the board.

Wow, Butler made to look bad.

Morel had a cortisone shot in his back. Not good.

Bulging disk is what I read. But, then Morel says it isn't a big issue. Well, we have seen a number of 3Bmen for the Sox in the past with back issues and it is never good. All you can do is hope Morel is ok.

But, if he is going good I bet Robin V leaves him in that extra inning. Just hope it isn't an inning too long

Frenchy made to look even worse.

There is a podcast linked there as well...it's all very controversial.

After that inning I have no problem with him starting the 7th, that was dominant.

hahaha the phrase 'all the time' is hyperbole. go look it up.

You actually wrote it almost always happens. Then contradict yourself again.

That is not uncommon...

A lot of pitchers have arm injuries. The good thing recovery is more likely now than it was even 10 years ago.

I really hope to see Nate start to get a more important role...obviously not today since he went 2.1 yesterday, but he's really been outstanding.

Crain should be back tomorrow too.

But its not guaranteed. Its one reason I don't understand the pitch until something blows theory.

I seem to think McEwing made a mistake sending Fukudome against Ichiro...

Mendoza has saved the KC pen and done a nice job.

I was impressed with Jones. Nice if he does get more of a role. Crain being back can't be anything but positive. No deas who goes down though. I am betting Stultz as he needs to start and Sale seems back in the role

Viciedo seems to have no real clue as to which pitches he can actually hit hard...that's probably the thing that most makes me think he will never pan out.

I'm sick of Tank. He needs to take a vacation in AAA.

It's so hard to predict either what will send a guy to the DL though or even more what precautions might help.

I think that Sale ought to get a scheduled extra start skipped per month just as an innings control, but he could still shred his elbow by June if you do that, or that could be the key, or that could be excessive caution, and there's no way to project.

Exactly.

He has no interest in learning how to hit. He just flails at everything and big league pitchers will own him.

Took him really until last year before he started showing he could do that in AAA.

i said almost always. that's not a guarantee.
