Humber deserves another start after this outing

Would be against the Brewers, so he'd face a righty dominant lineup

Im joking ofcourse.

If Floyd was doing his job, Humber would be serviceable unfortunately neither is worth a s*** right now.

I'd support Ohman starting the 5th here :)

I don't ever wanna agree with that statement again after tonight.

Dunn with the lead off BB

How is a near 6 ERA serviceable in the majors?

Lets send Humber out there again

I'd love for 7 hitters to come to the plate this inning

First place, though, despite how bad our division is, it's pretty hard to make an argument KW has been "fireable" this season because of the contributions by players like DeAza, Nathan Jones, Reed, Viciedo and Quintana.

All of his "big three" guys in Peavy/Dunn/Rios are playing like they were originally forecast to when they were acquired.

Beckham hasn't been a black hole. While nothing resembling an All-Star, he's been at the very least productive and a solid contributor, especially when defense is taken into consideration.

The jury is very much still out on whether Williams should be retained next year. The Danks contract and Molina pitching like a middle-reliever many thought he was is enough justification to go in another direction if this team falls out of the race.

... And get 1.

C'mon PK that was pathetic

That was just a dreadful swing by PK on the 2-0

Two 14 inning games in the same day. Pretty rare.

NY/Washington, and then Ozzie's team blew a 3-0 lead against TB.

Interestingly, Greg's old friend DeWayne Wise saved the game for the Yankees by throwing out the potential winning run in the bottom of the 8th. The Yankees must love former White Sox: Freddy Garcia, Wise, Swisher, Boone Logan, Chris Stewart, Jason Nix, Andruw Jones.

I've seen enough; just cut him from my fantasy team. He reeks.

Q-How many of you grilled tonight? I want a grilled hot dog bad.

Jesus Christ. Danks has a few bad starts and it's a bad contract?

Rios time

Double plays suck so badly.

He has good days and bad days which if you have 4 good starters is fine. On his bad days he goes three or four innings tops. With floyd doing about he same they both have to go deeper whether they have their good stuff or not.

I'll never fault KW for giving Danks that contract. It was probably below market value, and it made sense. Kinda like how KW should have never been faulted for bringing in Dunn.

His good days seem like they were a month ago

Billingsley struggling with command and PK swings on a 2-0 borderline strike leading to the DP, he's been pretty frustrating to watch the past few weeks. And the body language he shows doesnt help either.

Well, it's not exactly a good contract. It was a gamble to sign him when he was healthy.

Anyone catch the word for the ticket contest for the top of the 5th?

Humber back out there again

Kenny should be extremely grateful that Santos has been bad/injured this year for Toronto
